    Understanding the psychology of your audience, the origins of your offering, and the unique value your brand provides informs your why. My over a decade’s worth of experience as both a health and wellness brand strategist, yoga professor and marketing lead for tech companies, results in strategies and outcomes that are specialized to engage specific target audiences. I combine mindful communications, positioning and a verbal identity to empower leaders to fully embody their brand personality.

How My Brand Evolved

I held leadership roles for marketing and communications teams at public relations agencies, technology startups, and lifestyle brands. No stranger to the entrepreneurship, I co-founded several companies including Vibrobath OnDemand, a streaming meditation platform. Prior to my role at Vb, I served as marketing and communications director at Forth Road Health, a consulting agency supporting the development of psychedelic assisted therapy (PAT), and was also a contributing writer for Lucid News. I have often been hired to lead marketing efforts in a full-time/long-term contract capacity as in my role as director of marketing at the digital product experience agency, Crush & Lovely. I currently work with entrepreneurs, SMBs, startups and high-growth companies as an independent brand strategist.

My background in functional movement therapy gives the health and wellness brands and agencies that I partner with a competitive edge. For more than a decade, I specialized in guiding individuals and groups towards greater integration of physical and emotional awareness utilizing yoga and core movements, breath integration and mindfulness. Formerly a Washington D.C. native, I was the lead curator and instructor for the yoga program at the U.S. State Department and yoga teacher for sports teams including the Washington Mystics.

I earned a B.A. in English from The College of William & Mary and a collective 10,000 hours of training in various movement disciplines including bodywork, Pilates, kinesiology, anatomy, alchemy, trauma-informed yoga and Reiki. A long-time New Yorker, I am now based in Paris, France.
