Body Tuning is built on three pillars: meditation, movement, awareness.

These three elements work together as a single, integrated practice — not as separate disciplines but as a unified approach to whole-body health and wellbeing.

Meditation encompasses breathwork, sound, and somatic exploration — tools for accessing body intelligence, resetting the nervous system, and becoming more conscious of the relationship between your physical experience and your emotional world.

Movement draws on the mechanics of yoga and Pilates to rebalance, strengthen, and mobilize the body. This is functional, rehabilitative practice — working with your specific physical patterns to improve how you move, reduce pain, and build lasting physical health.

Awareness is the thread that connects everything. Body literacy — learning to read your own body's signals. Proprioception — understanding how your body moves through space. Emotional awareness — recognizing what the body holds and how to work with it rather than against it.

Whether you're managing stress, working through physical tension, looking to sleep better, or simply wanting to move through your days with more ease and energy — this is a space to tune in, not push through.

Sessions are available virtually, from the comfort of your home, for all levels.

Embodiment Coaching

Embodiment coaching is how the Kelly Berry Method comes to life in practice — delivered one-to-one, adapted entirely to you.

No two sessions look the same, because no two bodies — and no two days — are the same. One session might focus on rehabilitative movement for a hip or knee, using yoga and Pilates to restore healthy movement patterns and reduce pain. The next might be a deep nervous system reset through breathwork and meditation. Another might weave all three pillars together in a single hour.

What remains constant is the approach: tailored, attentive, and rooted in the belief that the body already knows what it needs. The work is learning to listen — and then respond.

Sessions support clients with:

  • Joint pain, injury recovery, and movement rehabilitation

  • Stress, anxiety, and nervous system regulation

  • Chronic tension, low energy, and disrupted sleep

  • Creativity, voice, and emotional presence

  • Overall physical health, mobility, and longevity
