Vibrobath is a spiritual technology company elevating creative forms of expression through diverse voices and immersive experiences. I was the co-creator and founder of a series of signature meditations guided by myself and musician MDW accompanied by original sound and film all hosted on a streaming members only platform. Vibrobath attempted what few in the wellness space have been able to cultivate. By offering a fresh perspective on what it means to be spiritual and explore human consciousness through the lens and filter of traditionally marginalized populations, specifically BIPOC and LGBTQ++, Vibrobath provides a space for unique voices to take center stage. Not long after Michael Pollan published How to Change Your Mind: What the New Science of Psychedelics Teaches Us About Consciousness, Dying, Addiction, Depression, and Transcendence, I had the rare opportunity to be thrown into the fascinating and emerging world of psychedelic assisted therapy as a brand strategist and marketing/communications lead for FRH, a strategic consulting agency supporting the development, growth, and maturation of psychedelic assisted therapy. I had the privilege of building key narratives and service offerings for a pioneer in an emerging field of healthcare. Body Tuning
For the last seven years, I have been examining body awareness through movement, breath, sound, anatomy, proprioception, and environment to uncover elevated forms of expression to converse with ourselves, with others, and energies beyond of conscious understanding. What I have discovered through countless hours of international trainings, academic study through texts, lectures, experimentation and exploration is a pathway to expanded self awareness and sensory input. Interior Spaces
As a copywriter, it is my profession to evoke a mood or illustrate environments for a reader often times with words alone. Perhaps the clearest and most tangible examples can be found in the several brochure copies I created for newly designed residential properties across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. All properties in which I have named, developed story concept including brand narrative and tone, as well as detailed descriptions of all interior and exterior features were not yet constructed at the time of content production. Shifting Gender Roles
For years women have been objectified as sultry vixens through the cishet male gaze, consumer brands can play a major role in shifting the conversation and offer a new normalized image. I developed an original campaign concept leveraging experiential marketing to reach an untapped market. I identified a previously ignored audience (46% of their customer base) to be female–specifically fierce, dynamic and bad*ss females–and potential new appreciators of Dewar's Scotch Whisky. Learn more
